This is an inspection service that needs to take place before the builder of your prospective new home has conducted a final walkthrough of the property. Home Maintenance Inspection

Re-inspections

For your peace of mind, it’s important to schedule a re-inspection to take one more look at components the seller of the home agreed to repair or replace after receiving the results of our Buyer’s Inspection. We’ll investigate each component that was addressed to make sure that there are no more defects, making it easier for you to confidently proceed with final closing.

Pool Inspections

This assessment of a home’s swimming pool will diagnose potential issues within the pool structure itself and other core components. This includes mechanical components, fencing, patios, and any accessory features.
